“How do you intend to overcome darkness if you haven’t overcome yourself? If you’re not able to harness positive energy, surely there’s not a chance of transmuting that negative energy either. Go, and return until you’ve suffered enough from your own conditions.”

TRIAL OF OSIRIS (Work in Progress Shots)
I intend to use these photos for the pages in my lore book I am writing for friends and fans of my work! From start to finish, I use a combination of pencil, pen, watercolor, gouache and graphite for this project. This was actually the first time I used a gradient wash… so the anxiety of ruining the piece was at an all time high with so much precise pen work being applied in the beginning stage. Lastly, I scan the image, and use Adobe After FX to create an animated version of it to turn into an NFT if I choose to do so!
My #unpopular opinion about the current state of the “NFT” culture. I’m chaotic neutral, and while this might feel juvenile when there are artists like myself that make a living with their craft, selling art using cryptocurrency merely became an additional way to increase my chances of reaching an international audience. People will still want TANGILE, physical works, and the technology is still young. This isnt about “it being bad for the environment LOL” (seriously, STUDY Algorand and it’s Carbon Negative initiative), it’s about getting rid of bloated and inconsistent parts of the system, to make room for new, consistent works that have long-term viability. I’d like to see people support artists that are consistent, transparent and always looking to engage with their audiences in unique ways than per say, I dont know - USING A PSEUDO-ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENT APP TO MAKE 100 ITEMS WITH A PIECE OF ART YOU STOLE/FED THE MACHINE TO SELL COFFEE MUGS AND PILLOWS. *cough*
Love,

I go by Epic Thundercat.
I have been an artist my entire life and I have always felt the passion for creativity within myself. When I see people engaging in creative flow it’s like an urge that takes over my body and I absolutely have to create.
When I was a little kid I would invite my friends over to paint with me as well and host “drawing parties”. I like to think my art is how I coped with trauma and it increased my resiliency. I do no lt feel I would be here if it was not for my art. 💓
I am pretty friendly so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I have no interest in power dynamics and believe all people are created equal. I am neurodivergent as well so I may be a bit awkward but it also means I am able to paint for hours and days even at a time because I get so deep into what I am doing it feels as though the world disappears.
Below is some of my work. I do traditional on paper as well as digital.
MOTIONCAST ETERNAL - an animated version of BROADCAST ETERNAL, using Blender for 3D model implementation and a web-based GIF program to add animated elements @ 24X36 inches. If you are curious about this piece, check out the collection at my verified Ghostmarket artist profile:
